Return Policy

At Lion & Regent, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original packaging
• With all tags still attached

How to Return

Email us at returns@lionandregent.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 working days using your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been issued.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Email hello@lionandregent.com and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Underwear and swimwear
• Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please email hello@lionandregent.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

We offer free returns on all UK orders. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label by email.

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
